Each operator shall establish procedures as required by section 255.605(b) of this Part to implement these requirements. These procedures, including those for the design, installation, operation and maintenance of cathodic protection systems, must be carried out by, or under the direction of, a person qualified by experience and training in pipeline corrosion control methods.
