Each operator shall submit a report on the existence of any applicable safety related conditions involving facilities in service in accordance with sections 23 and 25 of Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 191, Transportation of Natural and Other Gas by Pipeline; Annual Reports, Incident Reports, and Safety-Related Condition Reports (as described in section 10.2 of this Title).
