Note: In chapter 186 of the Laws of 1995, the Legislature amended Public Service Law section 52, the shared meter law, and directed the commission to promulgate rules necessary to conform with the amended law, including addition of some new provisions. In the interest of streamlining regulations, provisions of Public Service Law section 52, not relevant to these additions, are not repeated herein.
